Terms of Service
1. The service
30 MIN provides 30-minute relaxation sessions on massage chairs located in public and business spaces. The service is used by scanning a QR code and paying.
2. Payment
Payment is made via QPay. Pricing is shown on each location's page and next to the chair. The rules for cancelling a started session and for refunds are set out in the instructions at the location.
3. Safe and proper use
Please use the chair as instructed and without disturbing others. Guests with specific health conditions (pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, recent surgery, etc.) are advised to consult a doctor first.
4. Liability
30 MIN is not liable for damage resulting from a breach of the instructions. Please report equipment faults or interruptions via the contact details.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the latest update is shown on this page.
